With the Retailer Tribe App, retailers gain the ability to efficiently handle customer services such as new customer registration, editing existing customer details, SIM swaps, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, AM cash in/out transactions, bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers to other retailers. This app streamlines these essential services, making it easier for retailers to meet their customers' needs promptly and effectively.

Moreover, the app empowers retailers to manage their Airtel accounts seamlessly. They can view and edit their profile, manage stock by viewing, updating, requesting, or purchasing inventory, and review their sales hierarchy. Additional features include AM/EVD pin reset and account unlocking, agent loan services, and banking operations directly from their account. Retailers can also access their transaction history, view commissions earned, and assess their performance on Airtel services. The application facilitates self-service and service requests to Airtel, and supports the listing of key training notes, surveys, and management of digital notices, keeping retailers well-informed and engaged.
