任天堂有望成为“游戏机市场领导者”，而微软和索尼则难以追赶。这主要是因为Switch 2预计将于2025年上市，上市时间较早，以及目前竞争有限。凭借这些优势，新款任天堂游戏机预计将取得巨大成功，预计2025年销量将达到“1500万-1700万台，到2028年将超过8000万台”。他们甚至预测，由于需求旺盛，任天堂可能难以生产足够的设备来满足需求。
