Scarlet Girls Beginner's Guide – Build your Ultimate Squad of Dynamic 2D Girls

Dive into the captivating world of Scarlet Girls, a brand-new idle RPG where you command a squad of technologically enhanced mecha waifus. Set in the 119th year of the Old Euro Calendar, humanity teeters on the brink of extinction after catastrophic events unleashed monstrous beings. As one of humanity's last hopes, your mission is to recruit, train, and lead these powerful mecha girls against the catastromechs, restoring peace to Earth. This beginner's guide will illuminate the core mechanics and game modes to accelerate your progress.
Understanding Scarlet Girls' Combat Mechanics
Scarlet Girls offers a completely idle, casual experience. Combat unfolds in a turn-based system where allies and enemies act according to their Speed stat. A round concludes when all participants have taken their turn. You can deploy five characters; the convenient Quick Dispatch feature automatically optimizes your formation based on your strongest Stellaris. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the thrilling special ability animations!
Your characters, known as "Stellaris," utilize powerful active and passive abilities automatically. Each skill has a cooldown timer. Craft synergistic squads to maximize their effectiveness. The combat is real-time; your strategic input lies solely in building powerful teams and optimizing their strengths.
Each Stellaris belongs to one of four classes, defining their role:
- Paladins: High armor, drawing enemy fire and protecting teammates.
- Support: Healers and utility characters providing crucial backline support.
- Devastator: High damage dealers specializing in devastating energy attacks.
- Assaulter: Physical damage specialists wielding bladed weapons.
Echo: The Gacha System of Scarlet Girls
Recruiting Stellaris happens through the gacha system, "Echo." Stellaris come in various rarities: R, SR, SSR, and SSR+. Higher rarity equates to stronger base stats (Attack, Defense, HP) and more potent abilities.
Currently, the "Normal Echo" banner offers R-SSR Stellaris. Use accumulated Echo tickets or Diamonds to summon. An SSR character is guaranteed within 40 summons. Each summon awards 20 Echo points; at 2000 points, you can choose a random SSR from four elemental banners (excluding Nebula). This progress is tracked on the Echo system's right-hand side. Rarity recruitment probabilities are:
- R Stellaris: 19.979% (per individual R character)
- SR Stellaris: 2.667% (per individual SR character)
- SSR Stellaris: 0.133% (per individual SSR character)
- SSR+ Stellaris: 0.010% (per individual SSR+ character)
