The Iron Pipe is a rare fishing reward found in sewers. Both sewer locations offer equal drop rates; the first is more easily accessible.

Fast travel to the Resistance Camp. Exit and follow the path right towards the Amusement Park. After crossing the small gap, you'll find an open manhole under a highway.

Descend into the sewer, enter the water, and begin fishing. Other junk items, sellable for money, may also be caught. There's no guaranteed method to increase the Iron Pipe's drop rate; it can take minutes or just a few casts. Use your Pod's light to improve visibility in the dark sewer.
