The latest Marvel Snap season, Legacy, is here, spotlighting Sam Wilson's ascension as Captain America! This season introduces exciting new mechanics and characters that will reshape your gameplay.

Sam Wilson's arrival brings a new strategic element. His card ability places Captain America's Shield at a random location at the start of each match. This Shield, unbreakable but movable, boosts Sam's power by +2 whenever it's in his location, adding a dynamic layer to your strategy.

The season also expands the roster with several new characters throughout February. Joaquín Torres joins on February 4th, followed by Iron Patriot and Thaddeus Ross on the 11th. Redwing arrives on the 18th, and Diamondback concludes the month on the 25th. These Series 5 cards will be available through the Token Shop and Spotlight Cache.

Two new locations add further strategic depth. The Smithsonian Museum rewards Ongoing abilities with an extra +1 Power per card, while Madripoor boosts the highest-cost card at its location by +2 Power after each turn. These locations encourage diverse deck-building strategies.

Collectors will also enjoy new albums throughout February, brimming with avatars, emotes, and variants. The Viktor Farro album, dropping February 4th, features rewards such as a Darkhawk variant and collector's tokens. The Lemon Fashion album arrives on February 25th, offering exclusive Elsa Bloodstone content.
