How to Unlock the Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2
Access requires defeating Balbala the Traitor, located in Traitor's Passage (Act 2). She's a formidable opponent early on, but defeating her yields Balbala's Barya – crucial for starting the Trial.
After defeating Balbala, travel to the Trial's location (accessible via Ardura's travel map or waypoint). Balbala will act as your guide. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to begin.
