Steel Paws, an action-packed RPG exclusive to Netflix subscribers, is now available on Android. Crafted by Yu Suzuki, the legendary SEGA developer behind Virtua Fighter and Shenmue, the game invites players to battle through a towering fortress alongside an army of combat-ready robotic cats.

What’s the Plot?

You take on the role of a purple-haired warrior clad in a high-tech suit, facing off against robotic adversaries. Accompanied by Buddy Robots—fierce, cat-like machines that serve as your ultimate weapons—you can unleash devastating team attacks, launching them at enemies like furry projectiles.

The adventure begins when an ancient tower surges from the earth, disrupting the world. Drawn by a mysterious floating stone etched with enigmatic symbols, the hero enters the structure.

Upon entry, her robotic feline companions are swiftly captured. A sinister, disembodied voice demands she fight her way to the tower’s peak to rescue them. Thus begins a grueling ascent, floor by floor, battling hordes of mechanical enemies while unraveling the tower’s hidden secrets.

The game’s combo system keeps combat dynamic and immersive, rewarding precise timing and strategic use of special abilities. Each attack from your robotic cat allies is punctuated by a powerful meow!

Checkpoints mid-stage offer a breather, ensuring you don’t lose all progress if defeated. Players can also adjust difficulty settings to suit their playstyle.

Steel Paws incorporates roguelike mechanics, with enemy placements, resources, and map layouts shifting each time you replay a stage. Levels feature unique environmental challenges, from shifting sands to treacherous ice, keeping every run fresh.
