Mickey 17 will stream on Max, not Netflix or Hulu. Warner Bros., the distributor, owns Max. Considering Warner Bros.' previous release patterns (Beetlejuice arrived on Max three months after its theatrical release), Mickey 17 will likely be available on Max by late July. The release of Joker: Folie à Deux, which went digital quickly due to a weak opening weekend, is considered an outlier.
