Warframe: 1999’s Y2K-infused action gets a major boost this March with the Techrot Encore update. Digital Extremes’ recent devstream revealed the arrival of the 60th Warframe, Temple, alongside four new Protoframes and much more. Get ready to face some familiar foes in a new way!

Techrot Encore introduces the Technocyte Coda, a new Lich adversary and a twist on the boy band On-Lyne, previously featured in the game's ARG. These once-harmless pop stars have undergone a dramatic transformation, trading their microphones for weapons.

Fortunately, you’ll be well-equipped to handle the threat. Four new Scaldra weapons expand your arsenal, offering diverse combat options. The update also includes enhancements to the Romance & Relationships system, a new Gyre Deluxe cosmetic skin, and the aforementioned Protoframes and Warframe.

The unique Y2K aesthetic of Warframe: 1999 is undeniably charming, and the “boy band turned cybernetic monstrosity” enemies are a highlight. But that’s not all!

Before the March update, there’s plenty to keep you busy. Starting February 6th, the Clan Operation: Belly of the Beast returns, along with new skins and Nightwave Vol. 8, offering additional rewards.
