Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Celebrates its Second Anniversary with "Old Tales" Event and More!
Level Infinite and Shift Up have unveiled exciting details for the second anniversary of their hit mobile game, Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. The "Celebration Star Under the Night Sky" livestream revealed a wealth of new content, including a captivating new event and stunning new additions to the roster.
Step Back in Time with "Old Tales"
The highlight is undoubtedly the "Old Tales" event, launching October 31st. This event plunges players a century into NIKKE's past, exploring the origins of the second-generation fairy tale models.
Cinderella takes center stage, starring in a brand-new map that mirrors her emotional journey through glass and reflections. Cinderella herself will be a new recruitable character available on the gacha banner from October 31st.
Players will also have the choice between Rapunzel: Pure Grace and Snow White: Innocent Days, both offering intriguing new lore connected to RED ASH events. Finally, the mysterious Grave, known for carrying a coffin, joins the fight on November 7th.
The anniversary celebration also includes "In The Mirror," a new Metroidvania-style 2D action minigame. And for fans of animation, an anime adaptation inspired by the "Old Tales" event is currently in development.
New Skins and Outfits
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE's second anniversary also brings a dazzling array of new skins and outfits. These include Scarlet’s Longing Flower, Isabel’s Honeymoon Party, D’s Secret Party Cleaner, and Cinderella’s Glass Princess. See them all in action in the trailer below!
New Chapters and a 3D Boss
Chapters 33 and 34 are on the horizon, introducing challenging new battles and a formidable new boss: Behemoth – the game's first fully 3D boss encounter. Key art also showcases updated designs for members of the Absolute Squad, including Emma, Eunhwa, and Vesti.
