Studio Ice-Pick Lodge unveils a new trailer for the free prologue to Pathologic 3. This prologue, featuring the Bachelor – a scientist seeking a cure for a strange plague in a remote town – was originally planned for Pathologic 2 but is now a standalone release.

The trailer highlights familiar locations and introduces new gameplay mechanics focused on managing the epidemic. Players, as the Bachelor, will navigate the town, interact with its residents, solve mysteries, and face difficult moral dilemmas.

Pathologic 3: Quarantine, the main game, casts players as Daniil Dankovsky, a gifted young doctor, tasked with uncovering the truth behind accusations leveled against him. The prologue allows exploration of the Bachelor's journey, hinting at the possibility of altering past decisions.
