This rumored remake, encompassing the next two core entries in the franchise, is slated for a wide range of platforms: Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

While official confirmation is pending, a countdown timer within Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 hints at upcoming Tony Hawk's Pro Skater news, culminating on March 4, 2025.

Adding to the speculation, Tony Hawk himself confirmed discussions with Activision, stating they're working on a project that fans will appreciate.

The success of the 2020 Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake made a sequel featuring games 3 & 4 seem likely. However, Activision's 2021 integration of Vicarious Visions (the original remake developer) into Blizzard created a roadblock. Vicarious Visions was subsequently reassigned to Blizzard projects.

Hawk revealed that 3+4 was the intended follow-up, even planned until the release of 1+2. After Vicarious Visions' absorption, Activision sought alternative developers but reportedly wasn't satisfied with the proposals received.
