Street Fighter 6 Welcomes Mai Shiranui on February 5th

Get ready for a fiery addition to the Street Fighter 6 roster! Mai Shiranui, the iconic Fatal Fury character, joins the fight on February 5th, bringing her signature moves and a fresh fighting style.

A new gameplay trailer showcases Mai's impressive abilities, confirming her arrival after a significant gap since the last DLC character, Terry Bogard, launched on September 24, 2024. This release is part of Street Fighter 6's Year 2 DLC, a collaboration between Capcom and SNK that also includes Terry Bogard, M. Bison, and Elena.

Mai's classic moveset returns, enhanced with unique twists. Instead of charge attacks, she utilizes motion inputs, adding a new layer of strategy. She retains fan-favorite techniques and gains the ability to build "Flame Stacks" for amplified attacks. Players can choose between her classic Fatal Fury costume and a new outfit from Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.
