Shift Up, the developer behind Stellar Blade, has hinted at a potential PC port of the PS5 exclusive. While no official announcement has been made, comments from the CEO and CFO during an IPO press conference suggest a PC release is under consideration.

Stellar Blade's success, including its top-selling status in the US during its launch month and an 82 average OpenCritic rating, has fueled interest in expanding the game's reach. The company acknowledges the growing PC market for AAA titles and sees a PC port as a way to increase the IP's value. Although a firm timeline remains unavailable due to contractual obligations with Sony, the possibility of a PC port is strongly implied.

This aligns with Sony's growing trend of bringing PlayStation exclusives to PC. The recent announcement of God of War: Ragnarok's PC release further supports this expectation.

While the decision on a PC port is still pending, Shift Up continues to refine the PS5 version. Recent updates, however, have introduced some graphical glitches, which the developer is actively addressing.
