Sony Warns of PS5 Exodus to PC

索尼高管表示，该公司并不担心PlayStation主机用户大量流向PC。这一说法来自最近一份关于PC如何在PlayStation发行策略中发挥作用的概述。
索尼于2020年开始将其第一方游戏移植到PC平台，首款移植游戏为《地平线：零之曙光》。自那以后，索尼在这方面的努力不断加强，尤其是在2021年收购了PC移植巨头Nixxes之后。
虽然将PlayStation独占游戏移植到PC平台可以扩大其影响力和盈利潜力，但也从理论上削弱了索尼硬件的独特卖点。然而，实际上，这家游戏巨头并不太担心PS5用户流向PC，一位公司代表在2024年末与投资者的问答环节中明确表示：“就用户流向PC而言，我们既没有证实有任何此类趋势正在进行，到目前为止，我们也没有将其视为重大风险。”

索尼的观点与其在硬件领域的近期表现相符。最新的官方PS5销量数据显示，截至2024年11月，该公司已售出6550万台PS5主机。这大致与PS4相当，PS4在其上市头四年销量略高于7300万台。两款主机销量之间的微小差异，更容易用PS5因疫情导致的短缺来解释，而不是该主机缺乏永久独占游戏。由于索尼的主机销量在几代产品之间保持稳定，因此该公司认为PC移植对PS5整体价值主张的影响最小，也就不足为奇了。

预计PlayStation不仅会继续推动PC移植，而且可能会以更大的力度这样做。2024年，索尼总裁户冢宏基表示，该公司计划在PlayStation PC移植方面更加“积极”，这意味着它将缩短PS5和Steam版本之间的发布时间差。《漫威蜘蛛侠2》就反映了这一战略转变，该游戏计划于1月30日登陆PC，距离其最初发行仅15个月。Insomniac系列的前作《蜘蛛侠：迈尔斯·莫拉莱斯》作为PlayStation独占游戏存在了两年以上。
除了《漫威蜘蛛侠2》之外，PC玩家本月还可以期待另一款当前的PlayStation独占游戏，因为《最终幻想7：重生》计划于1月23日登陆Steam。索尼仍有一些备受瞩目的PS5独占游戏尚未宣布将登陆PC，包括《GT赛车7》、《浪人崛起》、《星际之刃》和《恶魔之魂》重制版。
