Marvel Rivals welcomes a surprising crossover: the Advanced Suit 2.0 from Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is now available as a new skin!

PlayStation made the announcement via an X/Twitter post, showcasing NetEase Games' interpretation of this iconic suit for their hero shooter.

This stylish Spider-Man suit, originally designed for Insomniac Games' Marvel's Spider-Man, has appeared in all three installments of the series. Its distinctive white spider symbol sets it apart. This collaboration with Sony and their console-exclusive superhero game is a pleasant surprise. The Advanced Suit 2.0 will be available in the in-game store on January 30th, coinciding with Marvel's Spider-Man 2 PC release.

Launched in December, Marvel Rivals already boasts a wide array of unlockable suits. However, this Spidey suit is particularly unique. Beyond its connection to the immensely popular PlayStation series, the Advanced Suit 2.0 will once again be donned by a Spider-Man voiced by Yuri Lowenthal. Lowenthal has voiced Peter Parker in all three of Insomniac's Spider-Man games and also lends his voice to Marvel Rivals' version of the character. Players acquiring the costume on January 30th will find it familiar and effective.

NetEase's inclusion of Spider-Man's Advanced Suit 2.0 provides players with another exciting addition to the Season 1: Eternal Night Falls content released last week. This season introduced Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman from the Fantastic Four as playable characters, with The Thing and Human Torch arriving shortly. Creative director Guangyun Chen has pledged to release at least one new hero every six weeks.
