The game centers around the LOKs, unique creatures communicating through a cryptic language. Players spell words to expand the LOKs' habitat, limited to black tiles. Each word created expands their world, adding a strategic layer to the puzzle-solving.
Across 15 distinct worlds, LOK Digital introduces new mechanics with each progression. Starting with simple rules, the game gradually increases complexity, teaching players the nuances of the LOK language through over 150 puzzles. The game's elegant, hand-drawn black-and-white art style is a standout feature.
