HBO's The Last of Us Season 2 will feature previously unseen content from the game's development, according to showrunner Neil Druckmann. Druckmann revealed to Entertainment Weekly that "pretty brutal" scenes, including elements from the game's "Lost Levels" (restored in the PS5 remaster), will be included. These levels, such as Jackson Party, The Hunt, and Seattle Sewers, offer a range of tones, from the relatively calmer party scene and boar hunt to the intense horror of Ellie's escape through the Seattle sewers.
