Old School RuneScape Mobile Celebrates Sixth Anniversary with Massive Update!

Jagex has unleashed a significant update for Old School RuneScape's mobile version, marking its sixth anniversary. This anniversary update is packed with features designed to enhance and streamline gameplay. Read on to discover the improvements and decide if they live up to the hype.

This update focuses on significant and subtle tweaks for a smoother, faster, and more personalized experience. Key highlights include a revamped mobile UI, Side Stones, hotkeys, and more.

The new UI allows for extensive customization, letting you arrange your interface to your liking. Side Stones provide quick access to inventory, equipment, spells, and friends, proving invaluable for both combat and casual gameplay.

Five customizable hotkeys are now available directly on screen, simplifying layout switching. You can save up to three different layouts for seamless transitions between activities.

The Menu Entry Swapper (MES) lets you modify interactions with NPCs and items, tailoring the game to your preferred playstyle.

A new Popout Panel offers real-time XP tracking, ground item indicators, and other helpful information. Finally, HiScores have been added to the mobile client, allowing you to track your progress and compare yourself to others.
