With a maximum Combat Power of 2114 CP, 186 Attack, and 131 Defense, Roselia is a formidable choice. It's part of a three-stage evolution line, starting from Budew to Roselia (requiring 25 Candies), and then evolving into Roserade (100 Candies and a Sinnoh Stone).
