The Star Wars Celebration has unveiled our initial glimpse of Rory McCann stepping into the role of Baylan Skoll for Season 2 of Ahsoka, succeeding the late Ray Stevenson. For those new to the series, McCann's casting comes in the wake of Stevenson's untimely death.

Ray Stevenson, celebrated for his roles in Thor, RRR, Punisher: War Zone, Rome, and more, tragically passed away from a brief illness just three months before Ahsoka's debut. Many fans and critics alike have hailed Stevenson's portrayal of Baylan as one of the series' standout elements.

Ahsoka series creator Dave Filoni spoke candidly about the profound challenge of losing Ray during the development of Season 2, noting that Stevenson was "the most beautiful person on screen and off."

Filoni and the production team also teased what fans can anticipate in Season 2, confirming the return of Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, alongside characters like Admiral Ackbar, Zeb, Chopper, and others.
