What is Recursive Destruction?

The "Blood Moon Over the Big Apple" challenge requires triggering Recursive Destruction. This occurs when you destroy a Dracula-influenced object, and it reappears in its original state. Not all objects work; you need to identify specific targets.

Locating Destructible Objects

To find these objects, use Chrono Vision (keyboard "B" or console right D-pad). Only objects highlighted in red trigger Recursive Destruction.

Completing the Challenge in Midtown

This challenge is completed in Quick Match (Midtown) mode. Initially, no red-highlighted objects will be present. Wait for the first checkpoint; two buildings will then appear, ready for Recursive Destruction.

Focus on destroying these buildings amidst the combat. You may not always see the objects reappear immediately due to the fast-paced action, but multiple hits should complete the objective. If unsuccessful, simply replay the match. After completing this, you can tackle subsequent challenges featuring Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman.
