The Quest for the Best Android PS2 Emulator

While AetherSX2 was once considered the top contender, its development has unfortunately ceased, and it's no longer available on Google Play. Beware of fraudulent websites claiming to offer it; these often contain malware.

The recommended approach is to join the AetherSX2 Fan Community Discord server. This active community provides links to archived versions of AetherSX2's best iterations and, importantly, offers access to NetherSX2—a successor project built upon AetherSX2's foundation.
