On March 3, 2025, Project NET opened its pre-registration phase, announced via its official South East Asian (SEA) Twitter (X) account. To jump on board, head over to Project NET’s official SEA website and hit the Pre-Register button. It's a straightforward process—just enter your email and select your preferred device, be it iOS or Android. Fans in Russia can also pre-register through the game's official RU website, ensuring global anticipation for the game's launch.

Exclusive Shock Point Test Recruitment for Philippines

Adding to the buzz, Project NET unveiled the "Shock Point Test" on March 4, 2025, through its SEA Twitter (X) account. This beta test is exclusively open to players in the Philippines and will run on Android devices. It's a limited-access, non-monetized test, with all data being wiped post-test. Meanwhile, a similar Shock Point Test is slated for the Russian region, details of which can be found on the RU website. As the developers fine-tune the game, they're gearing up for a broader global rollout.

To participate in the SEA Shock Point Test, interested players need to fill out the recruitment questionnaire. Successful applicants will receive their confirmation emails between March 24, 2025, and March 26, 2025, with ongoing distributions planned throughout the testing period.

Project NET was first unveiled by Sunborn Network on December 27, 2024, marking a new direction for the Girls’ Frontline franchise. The game's initial localized test ran from January 9, 2025, to January 16, 2025, targeting SEA countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

The Girls’ Frontline saga kicked off in 2016 with a mobile strategy RPG gacha game that quickly captured the hearts of gamers worldwide, spawning an anime series and various spin-offs. The latest addition to the series, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, launched on December 5, 2024. As a spinoff, Project NET will carry the iconic elements of the series, ensuring fans encounter familiar characters and immersive aesthetics.

While an official release date for Project NET remains under wraps, the game is set to be available on both iOS and Android platforms, based on the devices used in its initial test phase.
