Monster Hunter Now's Season 5: The Blossoming Blade is almost here! Niantic has unveiled all the exciting details for this upcoming season, launching March 6th, 2025. Prepare for new challenges, monsters, weapons, and a revamped Season Pass.

Pre-Season Sneak Peek:

Before the main event, get ready for the arrival of the Chatacabra on February 28th! This marks its debut before its official appearance in Monster Hunter Wilds. The season launch will also introduce Glavenus and Arzuros to the game's roster.

Weapon Enhancements:

Expect significant balance adjustments to weapons, aiming for improved viability and enjoyment across all weapon types. The Sword & Shield receives a buff, making tail breaks easier. The Perfect Rush Combo (SP) will now reward precise timing with enhanced power and more satisfying combos.

The Guard skill is also receiving a much-needed upgrade. Increased skill levels will now noticeably reduce damage taken while blocking, unlike previous versions. Further details on additional weapon tweaks will be revealed in the full patch notes on March 6th.

More Season 5 Features:

Inventory woes are a thing of the past! Season 5 introduces an Item Box Expansion as a Supply Item, granting you an additional 250 inventory slots.

Celebrating 1.5 Years of Monster Hunter Now:

On March 17th, a new trading feature arrives as part of the game's 1.5-year anniversary celebration. Hunters can exchange special materials earned from hunts and events for valuable rewards, including Item Box Expansions, Weapon Refining Parts, Armor Refining Parts, and Wyvern Gem Shards.
