The Pokemon Company has acknowledged product shortages for Prismatic Evolutions and expressed gratitude to Pokemon TCG fans for their patience during this period. Reprints of the popular expansion are now in production and expected to reach authorized retailers soon.
Supply Issues Addressed After Fan Concerns
The company has broken its silence regarding distribution challenges surrounding the Scarlet & Violet — Prismatic Evolutions collection. This marks the first official acknowledgment of supply problems affecting the highly anticipated Pokemon TCG expansion scheduled for international release on January 17, 2025.
Reprints Underway to Meet Demand
Following weeks of fan complaints across social media platforms, The Pokemon Company confirmed they're operating at maximum capacity to replenish stocks. "We understand this situation is disappointing for fans," a spokesperson stated, emphasizing their commitment to resolving supply constraints as quickly as possible.

Beyond the initial wave, several new Prismatic Evolutions products will debut throughout 2025:

Digital collectors can also look forward to earning Prismatic Evolutions cards in Pokemon TCG Live beginning January 16 through the game's Battle Pass system.
