Between seasonal changes and my ever-growing backlog of unfinished games, quality sleep has become elusive lately. Pokémon Sleep's "Good Sleep Day" event couldn't have arrived at a better time.

This monthly three-day celebration coincides with the full moon, significantly boosting your Drowsy Power to help you discover new Pokémon sleep styles. Starting March 13th and running through the 16th, the event applies to all regions and increases your chances of encountering previously unseen sleep patterns.

The event's peak on Night 2 delivers double Drowsy Power, triple Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP, and a 1,000-point sleep bonus. Days 1 and 3 offer more modest boosts: 1.5x Drowsy Power, double EXP, and a 500-point bonus.

Throughout the event period, trainers will notice increased appearances of Clefairy's evolutionary line - the perfect motivation to catch some extra Z's and complete your sleep research.
