Pokémon TCG Pocket Celebrates Pokémon Day with New Expansion and Ranked Battles!

The recent Pokémon Day celebrations brought exciting news for fans of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), particularly for players of the popular mobile game, Pokémon TCG Pocket. Boasting over 100 million downloads, the game marked the occasion with the launch of a major new expansion and several in-game events.

The highly anticipated Triumphant Light expansion, featuring Arceus ex, is now live, following the Space-Time Smackdown set. A key feature of Triumphant Light is the introduction of Link Abilities. These abilities allow specific Pokémon to synergize, enhancing each other's power when played together. These cards will be easily identifiable with a special design reminiscent of physical TCG cards, similar to the Platinum – Arceus expansion.

To commemorate Pokémon Day, Pokémon TCG Pocket is giving away free booster packs until April 30th! Each pack guarantees at least one card of 4-star rarity or higher, providing a great opportunity for both veteran and new players to strengthen their decks. Additionally, special missions offering extra rewards are available until March 27th.
