Today is Earth Day, and Pikmin Bloom is celebrating in a unique way with the Party Walk event. Instead of encouraging you to take extra steps, this event invites you to plant more flowers. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality, location-based game, you won't want to miss out on this special occasion.
When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?
Pikmin Bloom is hosting its special Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk from April 22nd to April 30th. During this period, instead of counting your steps, the game will track the number of flowers you plant. Every bloom contributes to the global total, aligning perfectly with the Earth Day theme of promoting greenery and purpose.This event not only encourages you to plant more flowers but also rewards your efforts in a fun way. Depending on the collective efforts of all players, you can unlock weather-themed Decor Pikmin through Huge Seedlings. Here's what you can achieve:
- If the community plants a total of 500 million flowers, every participant will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin.
- Reach 1 billion flowers, and you'll unlock a Snow Decor Pikmin.
- Push the total to 1.5 billion flowers, and you'll earn a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, specifically for White Pikmin.
But Keep This in Mind
To ensure your flowers contribute to the global count, you must join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Make sure you've updated to app version 117 and signed up correctly. If you're new to the game, you can download it from the Google Play Store.To make planting flowers easier, everyone participating will receive a promo code.
