Albion Online's Rogue Frontier Update: Smugglers, New Weapons, and More!

Sandbox Interactive's medieval fantasy MMORPG, Albion Online, is set to release its next major update, Rogue Frontier, on February 3rd. This first major update of the year introduces exciting new content centered around a rebellious faction known as The Smugglers.

Outlands Adventures:

The Smugglers, tired of the Royal Continent's strict laws, have established a presence in the Outlands, creating secret underground hideouts called Smuggler's Dens. These dens serve as vital hubs for players, providing banking, repair services, and a central location for planning expeditions. The dens are interconnected via the Smuggler's Network, a sophisticated system linking marketplaces across the Outlands.

Players can actively participate in the ongoing conflict between The Smugglers and the Royal Guards. Missions include rescuing captured Smugglers and delivering contraband within Smuggler Crates.

Rewards and New Features:

Loyalty to The Smugglers is handsomely rewarded by Maggy Slade, a mysterious trader residing in the dens. Rewards include a Smuggler's Vanity Set, a Smuggler's Cape (with a potion cooldown reduction ability), a Smuggler's Ring, and a new Avatar.

The Rogue Frontier update introduces Kill Trophies, dropped by defeated players. The quality of the loot on the defeated opponent directly influences the chance of obtaining a Kill Trophy.

New weapons add a stylish edge to combat:

• Rotcaller Staff: Summons a chilling mist that repels enemies.
• Skystrider Bow: Allows levitation and ranged attacks from above.
• Forcepulse Bracers: Unleashes shockwaves upon dashing into melee combat.
