Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller Halves Charging Time
The Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller is set to revolutionize your gaming experience with its significantly faster charging time. As reported by Nintendo Life, the newly unveiled tech specs for the $84.99 Switch 2 Pro Controller reveal that it will take approximately three and a half hours to charge, when using the Nintendo Switch 2 AC adapter or the USB-C charging cable. This is almost half the time required for the original Pro Controller, which takes six hours to fully charge.
The good news doesn't stop there. The faster charge time doesn't compromise the controller's impressive battery life, which remains at a robust 40 hours. Additionally, the Switch 2 Pro Controller introduces exciting new features including the C button and two additional GL/GR buttons on the underside. It's also designed to be slightly lighter and smaller than its predecessor, enhancing your comfort during long gaming sessions.
