Locate Mutt, Your Loyal Canine Companion, in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Mutt, Henry's faithful dog in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, disappears early in the game. This guide provides a straightforward method to reunite with your furry friend.

Mutt's Location:

Mutt is situated near a wolf cave southwest of the Nomads' Camp and east of the river bathing spot. The image below pinpoints his exact location.

Fast travel to the Nomads' Camp for easy access. Follow the path southwest into the woods; this will lead you directly to the cave. You'll hear Mutt's whimpers as you approach.

A cutscene will initiate upon discovering Mutt surrounded by wolves. This also introduces Mutt's in-game commands. You can choose to engage the wolves or retreat. While combat is manageable, consider fighting them for some extra experience.

After the wolf encounter, Mutt will be under your control. Use L1 (while facing him) to interact; you can feed him or send him home.

Finding Mutt During the "Invaders" Side Quest:

Interestingly, you might unintentionally discover Mutt during the "Invaders" side quest. If you choose to interact with the Cumans, get drunk with them, and follow Vasko uphill for more liquor, the quest will lead you straight to the cave. However, attempting this while intoxicated and in the dark is extremely challenging.

It's strongly advised to locate and rescue Mutt before continuing the "Invaders" quest. Navigating the wolves while drunk and in darkness is significantly more difficult, increasing the risk of accidental death.
