Capcom's highly anticipated Monster Hunter Wilds, set to launch February 27th, 2025, has unveiled a post-launch content roadmap. This reveals exciting additions planned for the game, starting with a significant first update.

Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 1: Mizutsune and More

Title Update 1 introduces the fan-favorite Mizutsune, a water-dwelling dragon-type monster known for its bubble-based attacks and visually striking pink and purple coloration. The update also includes a fresh batch of Event Quests, offering players additional challenges and valuable rewards. Finally, Capcom promises "additional updates," possibly encompassing performance enhancements and bug fixes. A preview shows Mizutsune facing off against the newcomer Doshaguma.

Summer 2025: Title Update 2 and Beyond

A second Title Update is slated for Summer 2025, featuring another new monster (identity currently undisclosed) and additional Event Quests. While future content beyond these two updates remains unannounced, Capcom's commitment to Monster Hunter Wilds' success suggests further surprises may be in store.
