Scheduled to take place in Riyadh from July 15th to 19th, this year's event promises to be even more competitive, with 16 elite all-women MLBB teams vying for supremacy and a record-breaking prize pool.

Last year, Smart Omega Empress shocked the world by defeating the long-reigning champions, Team Vitality, in the Grand Final, ending their impressive three-year, 24-tournament winning streak. As defending champions, Smart Omega Empress will be under pressure to maintain their title against fierce competition.

MWI 2025 will begin with a double-elimination Group Stage, where all 16 teams will battle it out. The top eight teams will advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket, competing for a share of the $550,000 prize pool, along with a $10,000 MVP bonus for the tournament's standout player.

This year's qualifiers are more inclusive than ever, drawing top talent from various regions. Confirmed participants include DreamMax from the MWI 2025 LATAM Qualifiers, CFU Serendipity from Queen Legends Season 1, NAVI MY from the MYSG Qualifier, and Falcons Vega MENA from the Carry1st Africa Cup. Additional slots will be filled through regional events such as BOG Season 1, Athena League, and Lady MVP Season 6, with qualifiers from China, North America, Mekong, Mongolia, and Türkiye still ongoing.
