Second Dinner has publicly acknowledged the situation, assuring players via Platform X that Marvel Snap's removal is temporary and that they are actively working to restore the game's availability. Their statement emphasized their commitment to resolving the issue swiftly and keeping players updated on their progress. The sudden ban caused significant concern, especially for players who continued making in-app purchases unaware of the impending lockout.

Interestingly, not all ByteDance apps were affected. Games like Ragnarok X: 3rd Anniversary and Earth: Revival - Deep Underground remain playable.
