Developers Weigh In on PvE Potential

During the DICE Summit in Las Vegas, Marvel Rivals producer Weicong Wu addressed questions about potential PvE content:

"Currently we aren't developing any PvE content, but our team constantly experiments with new gameplay formats. If we discover an exceptionally fun and engaging mode, we'd absolutely introduce it to our players."

The conversation continued with Marvel Games executive producer Danny Koo, who prompted discussion about player interest in PvE content. Wu elaborated:

"We recognize some players would enjoy PvE. However, creating a hardcore PvE experience would fundamentally differ from our current offering. Our developers are testing various approaches, potentially including lighter, more accessible formats to see what best suits our game."

Future Updates Continue While PvE Remains Theoretical

While PvE isn't coming soon, NetEase appears to be considering alternate game modes. The studio maintains its regular update schedule, with Human Torch and The Thing joining the roster on February 21.
