The iconic White Wolf is set to make his final appearance as production for the last season of *The Witcher*, Season 5, is now in full swing. Fans have been treated to a sneak peek of Liam Hemsworth stepping into the boots of the legendary Geralt de Rivia, thanks to seemingly leaked set photos circulating on the internet. These exclusive images, available on the dedicated fan site Redanian Intelligence, showcase the *Hunger Games* star donning the character's signature long blonde hair and full costume. Alongside Hemsworth, familiar faces such as Meng'er Zhang as Milva and Joey Batey as Jaskier, who joined the series during Henry Cavill's tenure as Geralt, are also featured in these leaks.

Hemsworth's casting was announced in October 2022, marking his takeover of the role from former Superman star Henry Cavill starting from Season 4 and extending into the fifth and final season. The set photos also hint at the introduction of new characters in Season 4, who will carry over into the concluding season. Among these newcomers is the legendary actor Laurence Fishburne, known for his role in *Morbius*, who will portray Emiel Reigs.

Speculation is rife among fans, who believe Season 5 may draw inspiration from Andrzej Sapkowski's *Tower of the Swallow*, particularly the scenes involving Geralt's encounters with beekeepers and druids. However, with Season 4 yet to premiere, the narrative could take any number of paths, leaving much to be anticipated.

Cavill isn't the only cast member to depart the series; Kim Bodnia, who played Geralt's mentor and father figure Vesemir, will also not return for Season 4 due to scheduling conflicts. Netflix has yet to reveal who will step into Bodnia's shoes for the role, nor have they announced an official release date for Season 4.
