The Lenovo Legion Go S boasts an impressive 8-inch display and is powered by the AMD Ryzen Z2 Go processor, complemented by 32GB of RAM and a spacious 1TB SSD. Its design has evolved with a lighter, more rounded form factor, moving away from the removable controllers of its predecessor. While the Windows version is ready for preorder, a budget-friendly model with SteamOS is slated for release in May.
Our hands-on experience at CES 2025 was enlightening. IGN's Jacqueline Thomas shared her insights, stating, "Even though it sports a big screen, it still feels comfortable, especially without the knobs and dials of the original device. The Lenovo Legion Go S features smooth, rounded sides that contour nicely in the hand, and the hatched texture on the grips of the device will likely help prevent accidental drops."
Thomas also praised the display, noting, "The Lenovo Legion Go S features a 1200p LCD panel with a 120Hz framerate, and it is gorgeous. It's large enough to see all the details in your games and bright enough to use in well-lit environments, as demonstrated in the demo room at CES 2025."
