The team also tackled the demanding 16K resolution. Without DLSS, frame rates hovered between 1-4 FPS, but activating NVIDIA's upscaling technology yielded a playable 30+ FPS.

Remarkably, players uncovered Easter eggs in KCD2 within hours of launch. One particularly noteworthy tribute: a slain warrior resembling the famed "Let Me Solo Her" Elden Ring player. This unique character, a half-naked skeleton with a pot on its head, deviates significantly from the game's standard enemy design, Indřich, for instance, a clear nod to the popular online personality.
