The iPhone 16e succeeds the iPhone SE (last updated in 2022), but offers a significant upgrade in size and specifications. While priced higher than the SE ($429), at $599 it remains considerably cheaper than the standard iPhone 16 ($799) and even undercuts the iPhone 15 ($699).
iPhone 16e Specifications
The iPhone 16e boasts a 6.1-inch OLED display with a traditional notch (unlike the "Dynamic Island" of the iPhone 16). It features the same A18 chip as its more expensive sibling, but with a 4-core GPU. While potentially slightly less powerful, it supports Apple Intelligence for all the AI features in iOS 18.
