Beloved Bethesda voice actor Wes Johnson, known for his roles in Skyrim, Fallout 3, Starfield, and numerous other titles, is critically ill. His family has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help cover his mounting medical expenses and living costs during his recovery.

According to a PC Gamer report, Johnson's wife, Kim, and family members initiated the fundraiser after a frightening incident. Johnson, who was scheduled to host a benefit event for the National Alzheimer’s Foundation in Atlanta on January 22nd, was found unconscious and barely alive in his hotel room after failing to appear at the event. Hotel security discovered him unresponsive, and paramedics struggled to locate a pulse.

His impressive video game repertoire primarily features Bethesda titles. His recent work includes Ron Hope in Starfield, but his contributions extend to iconic characters like Sheogorath and Lucien Lachance in Oblivion, multiple Daedric Princes in Morrowind, Fawkes and Maister Burke in Fallout 3, Hermaeus Mora and Emperor Titus Mede II in Skyrim, and Moe Cronin in Fallout 4, among many others. The outpouring of support underscores the profound impact Johnson has had on the gaming community.
