Honor of Kings Plus launches major update
Honor of Kings transitions to Honor of Kings Plus on iOS and Android platforms
- Players can now personalize their own hero called Flowborn, customizing both appearance and attributes

Honor of Kings is preparing to launch its most significant update to date - so substantial that the MOBA is rebranding as Honor of Kings Plus. Releasing tomorrow, June 24th, this update brings numerous improvements including visual enhancements, battle system adjustments, and an innovative customizable hero option, marking multiple evolutionary steps for HoK.
The update introduces Flowborn, Honor of Kings Plus's first player-customized avatar. Players can personalize every aspect of this hero, from physical appearance to combat attributes. The initial Marksman variant launches tomorrow, with Tank and Mage versions following in July. These will debut alongside a new in-combat mechanic allowing real-time performance adjustments during matches.
A completely redesigned Honor Pass debuts with this update. The KWC-themed first edition features Nuwa - Syzygy Moonlight unlocked at level one, with a free Alessio EWC skin reward at level 80. During the inaugural month, all updating players receive the Elite Pass complimentary, while Deluxe Pass holders gain bonus tokens for future passes.
The update also introduces a streamlined mission system that shifts progression focus toward genuine gameplay achievements. Key moments, campaign completions, and other notable in-match performances now directly contribute to Honor Pass advancement. Star rating adjustments now better reflect individual skill, maintaining or awarding stars for exceptional plays like 1v9 victories or solo tower pushes, even in losing matches.
Players can claim a free 1688 Token skin voucher through limited-time events. Additionally, from June 28th-30th, most skins released prior to June 24th will be temporarily available for free use.
