Fans of "Star Wars Jedi: Survivor" will be thrilled to see new figures included in this latest wave of Star Wars toys. Nightsister Merrin is featured with a new figure, while the series' protagonist, Cal Kestis, is part of a three-pack set that also includes Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal's figure comes with multiple interchangeable heads, one of which sports a handlebar mustache—a look Houle emphasized was a priority for this release.
"We just wanted to have fun with it," Houle told IGN. "This is one of my favorite packs we revealed. We started with the handlebar mustache and mullet, then added the clean cut and short beard later. For us, the primary look is almost the handlebar, and it's just so much fun."
For Merrin, given her pivotal role in the "Fallen Order/Survivor" saga, it was essential to include her alongside Cal. The challenge was capturing her unique Force abilities accurately.
"It's tough to have Cal without Merrin," Reiff said. "We're glad we finally got to Merrin, and doing that Force effect, the green blast, all the detail of her new costume and face tattoos with inkjet technology. There's some beautiful subtlety in her design. She's a really cool character, and fans are invested in her story."
This year's lineup also includes two fan favorites, Han Solo and Chewbacca. Despite numerous previous releases, Houle insists there's always room for improvement.
"We haven't done them in a long time," Houle explained. "They needed an update, so we gave them fully new tools with the latest articulation. Fans can now enjoy these classic characters with the latest technology. We've also made significant updates to their design. We learned a lot from our previous Wookiee figures with their long hair."
Houle added, "Despite the long hair, we used softer plastics to allow Chewbacca's head to move seamlessly. For Han, we added articulation to the top of his boot instead of a thigh break to keep the red bars on his right thigh clean and intact."

The standout figure from this lineup is The Ronin, inspired by the "Star Wars: Visions" anime anthology series. True to the series, The Ronin is a black-and-white figure with his red katana lightsaber providing the only splash of color. As a Celebration-exclusive release, Houle and Reiff focused on perfecting every detail.
"We kept true to the original design," Houle said. "We incorporated elements of Japanese culture into the packaging, from the premium look to the magnetic opening, the watercoloring, and hidden accessories. Every aspect from packaging to design to engineering received meticulous attention."
Reiff added, "We even used Japanese language on the exclusive packaging, which is unusual for us. But being in Japan, we wanted to fully embrace the culture and create a special, Japanese-language-only package."
Lastly, Hasbro revealed a stunningly detailed Death Trooper helmet for their 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line during their Celebration panel.
"It's a fully new tooled helmet for the Black Series Premium roleplay line," Reiff said. "It looks like it's straight out of the movie with the weathering and lighting detail. You can control the chin lights and spectre sensor lights with a button on the side. We worked closely with Lucasfilm to ensure we captured every detail accurately and added a detailed interior, which the real ones never had."
