*Rune Slayer* on Roblox delivers an immersive MMORPG experience, complete with familiar elements like "Kill 10 X" quests, crafting, dungeons, and even fishing. Yet, one crucial aspect of any MMORPG—a mount—is something the game doesn't explicitly guide you on. Fear not, as we're here to walk you through the process of obtaining and using your very own mount in *Rune Slayer*.

Before You Get a Mount

Before you can start speeding across the landscapes of *Rune Slayer*, there are a couple of prerequisites:

• Reach Level 20: Hitting level 20 should be a breeze, typically achievable within 5 to 6 hours, especially if you're playing with friends. Focus on completing Quests, Jobs, and defeating mobs to level up quickly.
• Have a Tamed Pet: Taming a pet is straightforward, guided by an in-game quest. Here's how you do it:
  • Find an animal you wish to tame, such as a Deer, Wolf, or Spider.
  • Attack it once.
  • Hold a food item that the animal favors (Apples for Deers, Raw Deer Meat for Wolves).
  • Watch for a Heart to appear above their heads, indicating a taming attempt.
  • If the Heart grows fully, the animal will become your pet.
  • If the Heart turns black, the taming attempt fails—try again with another animal.

Once you've reached level 20 and successfully tamed a pet, you're ready for the next step.

Finish the Mount Quest

Upon reaching level 20, head to **Jimmy the Stable Master in Wayshire**, who will have a quest ready for you. Accept "Jimmy's Delivery" quest, and your task is to deliver a package to the Stable Master in Ashenshire. Start by heading north through Wayshire's northern entrance, following the road into **Greatwood Forest**. Be cautious of the mobs here as they can be challenging. Continue north until you reach **Ashenshire**, recognizable by its houses perched atop large trees.

Find a rope to climb up to Ashenshire, and once you're at the top, the first NPC you'll meet is **Madonna the Stable Master**. There won't be a quest marker on her, but speak to her and select "I have a package for you." She'll take the package, and you'll need to return to Wayshire, heading south from Ashenshire.

Back in Wayshire, talk to Jimmy the Stable Master again (marked with an exclamation point), and he'll reward you with **a Saddle**. Note that the Saddle won't appear in your inventory, which helps prevent accidental loss or sale.

How to Mount Your Pet in Rune Slayer

With the Saddle secured, summon your pet by holding "T". Approach your pet and you'll see a "Mount" option—press "E" to mount up. This method works for all mountable pets, so feel free to ride any of your tamed companions.
