Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium - Pity System In-Depth
Sunborn's Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, features gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity system carries over between banners. The answer is: yes, for limited banners.
Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium?
Your pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next limited-time banner. During the global launch, for example, pulls on either the Suomi or Ullrid banners simultaneously increased the pity counter for both. This means you could almost reach pity on one banner, then switch to the other and have a 50/50 chance at the featured character. This system will continue with future limited banners, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit. The pity progress from previous limited banners will carry over to newly added ones.
Important Note: Pity does not carry over between limited and standard banners. You cannot manipulate the system by pulling on the standard banner to build pity then switching to a limited banner.
While the hard pity is 80 pulls, soft pity begins around 58 pulls. After 58 pulls without an SSR unit, your chances of obtaining one gradually increase until you reach hard pity at 80.
This clarifies the pity system's functionality in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium. For more game guides, including rerolling, tier lists, and mailbox locations, check out The Escapist.
