This unprecedented expansion is due to the developers' decision to introduce the Fantastic Four as a unified launch, rather than staggering their releases.

This supersized season will include:

• Three New Maps: Explore iconic New York City locations – the Sanctum Sanctorum (launching with Season 1 and featuring the new Doom Match mode), Midtown (for Convoy missions), and Central Park (details to be revealed later).
• The Fantastic Four: Mister Fantastic (Duelist) and Invisible Woman (Strategist) debut on January 10th, with The Thing and Human Torch arriving in a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks later.
