The objective in Frike is straightforward: survive for as long as possible. You control a floating triangle segmented into purple, orange, and green sections. Two virtual buttons on the left side of the screen allow you to ascend and descend, while a button on the right rotates your triangular protagonist.

Don't let the single level in Frike fool you into thinking it's a small game. This level is infinite, ensuring you'll never reach an end. Scattered throughout Frike's abstract, moody world are blocks of various colors: white, purple, orange, and green. To earn points, you must rotate your triangle so that its corners align with the corresponding colored squares.

Colliding with too many mismatched or white squares results in your triangle's explosion. However, certain squares contain bonus effects that slow you down, giving you more time to align with the next square.

Frike exemplifies a minimalist arcade casual game. If you're chasing a high score, the game can be intensely challenging, but if you're looking to unwind, you can simply navigate around obstacles and soak in the ambiance.
