CODE 2 Sinners access the Facility Management Function via the Personal Responsibility Portal, leading to the Weapon Development Facility. Here, players manage weapons, upgrading them using resources and Entitlement Points. Citizen assistance reduces upgrade costs, with varying reduction rates based on their Facility Manager Aptitude.
