FragPunk Console Release Delayed: Technical Glitches
The release of the hero shooter FragPunk on consoles has been postponed due to unforeseen "technical issues." While the PC version remains on track for a launch on March 6, console gamers will have to wait longer, as no new release dates have been announced for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S editions.
Bad Guitar, the studio behind FragPunk, shared this unexpected delay just two days before the originally planned launch across all platforms on March 6. The developers are committed to keeping the community informed about the progress on the console versions.
To address the inconvenience, Bad Guitar has announced compensation for those who pre-ordered the game on consoles. Players can opt for a refund, and they will also receive in-game bonuses, including credits and rewards from the first season, once the console versions are released.
Meanwhile, the PC launch of FragPunk is set to proceed as planned on March 6, ensuring that PC gamers can enjoy the game without delay.
