Unlike many straightforward PoE2 quests, Ancient Vows lacks precise directions. It begins after obtaining either the Sun Clan Relic (Bone Pits) or the Kabala Clan Relic (Keth). Locating these relics requires thorough exploration and combat. Their drops are random, demanding patience and skill.
Once a relic is acquired, head to the Valley of the Titans. While map locations are procedurally generated, look for a waypoint; a large statue with an altar is usually nearby. Place the relic on the altar by dragging and dropping.

Rewards: Choose between two passive effects:
- 30% increased Charm Charge gain
- 15% increased Mana recovery from Flasks
Your choice is changeable, but requires returning to the altar – a journey potentially fraught with danger.
